If you run into any problems at all please contact us and we'd be happy to complete the setup for your for FREE! Step 1.) Download the 3 pages that you will work with in order to customize this site. Download Here: (Zip Format 2KB - Right Click Save Target As) Step 2.) Explanation of the files and how it works: There are 3 files that you will use to setup your own support site. framev5.html - This file is the core of this program. You do not have to make any changes to this page, and it will automatically display the proper pages to your clients when they visit it on your site. It can be renamed to whatever file name you'd like. topv5.html - This is the header file. which you should customized by opening the file and replacing "Your Web Hosting Company" with your own company name or a logo. You can also change the colors/formatting if you'd like and then upload it to your site. Note: if you change this file name you must also update the framev5.html file to reflect the new name. bottomv5.html - This is the footer file, which you should customize. You can change this file by modifying the colors/formatting - and then you should upload it to your site. Note: if you change this file name you must also update the framev5.html file to reflect the new name. At this point you should have finished the customization and the files are now uploaded to your site. Step 3.) Now we're ready to test your support site. Please open your Browser and access the framev5.html - Note this page may be named something else if you renamed it. You should go to: http://yourdomain.com/framev5.html and if the above steps have been followed correctly then you have completed the customization of your support site and you're ready to start sending your clients there!
