How to Manage the Search

Now that you have set up the Swiftype search on your website, you can now manage the search from your Swiftype dashboard. Go to your account, click on the “Engines” option up at the top of the page.

You will now have a list of all your search engines. Just click on the name of the search engine and you will be taken to the area to manage your search engine.

You can see the overview of the daily activity, your content, rankings, analytics and more from this section.

Each tab will show you something a little bit different. The Analytics tab provides a look at the total searches performed, your search conversion and any autocomplete conversions.

The content tab will show you all the different pages and posts that are able to be searched. You can select any of the results if you prefer to modify them. There is also a search function to make it easier to find specific URLs.

After searches have been performed, the Ranking tab will show you the results and the rankings. This area will also allow you to drag and drop to re-order the search results. You can even remove search results from the results, if necessary.
